Chatuchak is the large open market. Flower
market open on Wenesday and others stuffs open
on Weekend.
What to bring :
This place's quite very warm and humid. You
can dress anything but no naked. You should
bring a sungrass, a hat and a handy fan or mini
fan with you. The market covers an area of 35
acres, more than 10,000 shops and stalls.
What to buy :
More
than ten thousand products from heads to toes,
waiting for you to buy such as handicrafts,
t-shirt, shoes, jeans, handbags, potteries,
models, fluffy toys, jewelleries, silvers, household
accessories, Asian handicrafts, Asian arts,
antiques, plants and etc. Most of the items
makes by the shop owner. They are created by
his/her ideas.
Handmade T-shirts could cost around 150-350
bt. by college students. Handmade silvers costs
from 300 to more than 5,000.bt.
You can make a bargain (more than 1 item should
get around 10-50% off the price), but some of
the shop owner already has set a net price.
